have been going to this place for an year, I was never late and I always showed up on time. Every time even with a scheduled appointment in advance I was waiting for them to finish with other clients at least 20-30 minutes and I never said anything and tip them on top of that because I was understanding. Today, I thought I scheduled the appointment for 2:30 so I showed up at 2:15, when I walked in the lady said that she already canceled my appointment and said to wait 3h for the next one. There was a person who was sitting and doing nothing and I asked if someone can take me she just made a weird face and said no. I thought you were good but I guess I was not. Thank you for appreciating me like this!!!

First time going to this salon, not really welcoming , I asked for a dip color and only lasted two days I payed 50 dollars including tip. I would never go back there again. Cheap products. Poor service.

Unfortunately, I can’t say anything good about this salon because my child’s appointment was at 09:30 am, we arrived at 09:30! The salon was closed, we waited until 10:00, and still no one was there!!! At 10:00 no one came either, but we received confirmation. at 9:30!!! This is very irresponsible!! Manicure

This place is a disgrace. I did my toes here and then I had a nail appointment at 6:00pm. I can in at 6 pm they took someone right when I was there. I waited patiently. Then I ask for accommodations or a discount for wasting my time and DAN said and I quote “if you’re not happy, go to someone else.” This is the most vile and disrespectful place I have ever been to. They treated me disgustingly. Do not go here it is not a place to go to if you want service on time, for people to listen to your needs, and want you to come back. I would give it 0 stars.

I’ve had plenty of good experiences at this salon but my most recent visit will cause me to never go back again. The man who did my nails barely listened to what I wanted I wanted a design on my ring finger and before I could even say anything he did the design on the wrong hand and got mad when I told him when he was done and I got up to pay I went to tip and I accidentally wrote in the wrong amount so I deleted it off of the pin pad and he took it and wrote in a $10 tip without even asking me if that’s okay he didn’t offer a receipt either. The nails that I got were not worth the amount of money I paid.

My daughter referred me here after she was referred by a friend for her sweet 16. Laura did my nails. I’m skeptical because I went to another salon in Seymour and never went back nor would I refer them. I’m very pleased of how attentive she was. She also took her time. I got a gel pedicure and mani.
