Erin was everything I was looking for in a nail tech. She is professional, clean, patient, extremely friendly, punctual, and so talented! She made me feel comfortable with making changes and being honest about what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to do something else. She has plenty of colors to choose from and has great ideas to add. I met with Erin prior to my appointment to discuss what I was looking for and to show her the mess the other nail salons had made of my nails. I had been having dip powder manicures (over my natural nails) for several years in Florida.Appointment day comes…Erin is on time, all set up and ready for me. We again discussed what I was looking for, and finally decided to try the gel polish.Erin was very thorough and gentle, and careful to protect my nails. She patiently answered my questions and throughout the appointment made sure I was happy with her progress. I am new to Cottonwood and previously had tried two other nail salons, with horrible results. Luckily I found Erin’s salon! I met with Erin prior to my appointment to discuss what I was looking for and to show her the mess the other nail salons had made of my nails. Erin always goes the extra mile to make sure her clients feel pampered!Slightly more expensive than those “In & Out Nail Mills” However you get what you pay for…I’ve had nail fungus from improper or non existent disinfectant practices & rude treatment at most nail places in a 50 mile radius , its worth it for professional quality.Salon is very clean & a relaxing place to take some much needed time for yourself ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ Erin is amazing!
