My first time go there… The lady was not so professional, they don’t have hand scrub, putting layer over layer without waiting long enough for the first layer to dry, so two fingers got messy after less than 10 minutes. I noticed she did not clean my feet properly as well. there is a place in the town center area was so clean and so experienced than this place!!!!

Did a good job. Everything was perfect. Except… They used a Dremel to drill off my old gel. I only wear polish in summer so preserving the nail is important. I would have preferred acetone.

My daughter showed a photo of what she wanted to get and she managed to get the length, the shape and the design all wrong. She didn’t ask what length my daughter wanted and she cut it to a much shorter length. As for the design, she didn’t make it to look like the photo and when my daughter specifically asked her to fix it and even explained how it could be fixed, it was done in a rush and not well. My daughter paid $70 for this!!! Now off to find another place to fix it.

I had a gift certificate for this place from Christmas, and I went in today with my friend and we wanted to get 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. The guy at the desk said that he only had time to do the full sets and we had to wait about 30-45 minutes. I said ok and that we would get something to eat while we wait. I guess he didn’t hear me because we came back after waiting and he said he gave the appointment up to an online booking. I live an hour away from this location and work full time so getting enough time on my day off is already hard. This man wasted my time! (And my gas!!) Then he said the best he can do for me is make an appointment for next weekend. I reluctantly agreed (because I have the gift certificate and it’s only valid for this store so I want to get rid of it) and I get home to a text confirmation for the Saturday AFTER next, which is not what I said. I had to call and have them change the appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could, I also would want my gift card exchanged for money back if I could because of the unprofessionalism. I understand that a lot of places heavily rely on appointments, but walk-ins are welcome at the same time!

I had a spa pedicure for the very first time at Tips & Toes. My main priority was sanitary and professional and they nailed it! Thu was the technician who did my nails and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She paid attention to detail which I really appreciated. Tips & Toes also provides herbal spa pedicure and many different nail services which most other nail salons do not provide. Their online booking is a game changer. It makes everything easier and I love it! Overall, I was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend Tips & Toes if you are in the (Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland) areas 🙂
