Critical: QualitySo excited to get sns nails for the holidays and this salon came highly recommended. So disappointed when I actually looked at my nails afterwards in the sunlight. So excited to get sns nails for the holidays and this salon came highly recommended. So disappointed when I actually looked at my nails afterwards in the sunlight. My skin is stuck to the glue underneath almost every nail and stained with blue sns. For $43 plus tip I shouldn’t have to clean up around my nails and file underneath. Pedicure was fine but will not be returning.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst and foremost the nail technicians are not friendly. Also, after I paid the nail tech she charged me an extra 3.00 to take my gel off. She claimed she forgot to charge me for that. My pedicure was minimal at best. It seems that the male tech was trying to rush through everything. First and foremost the nail technicians are not friendly. Also, after I paid the nail tech she charged me an extra 3.00 to take my gel off. She claimed she forgot to charge me for that. My pedicure was minimal at best. It seems that the male tech was trying to rush through everything. Unless you are a regular you will not be greeted warmly. There are other businesses that are better.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER/OWNER. I went into the salon on 09/01 to get a gel manicure that should last at least two weeks. I paid the full price for this service 38 dollars plus tip. I came back in on 09/10 to get my nails fixed after FIVE gel nails peeled off by 09/09. That is 8 days after getting the nails done. Once I arrived the manager/owner insinuated it had been longer than I said so I showed her on my phone the time stamp. Linda the nail tech who did my nails on 09/01 was so so kind and fixed all five nails and also went on to fix the others that were already peeling up. I told her she didn’t have to fix those but she insisted and refused to even take a tip for this. She went on to tell me that her gel machine was not working correctly and that is was not my fault that the nails came off. I was then followed out by the manager/owner to the door of the facility. The manager told me that she would not allow my nails to be fixed again after one week period and that her establishment is not liable even though Linda the nail tech just informed me that it was not my fault that the nails came off and that it was the machines fault. I told the owner this kindly and The owner was very very rude and repeated what she had said in front of other customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER/OWNER. I went into the salon on 09/01 to get a gel manicure that should last at least two weeks. I paid the full price for this service 38 dollars plus tip.
