My nails always look great, they’re healthy, and always last a long time. She’s also a great conversationist and always makes all her guests feel welcome! I love Cindy! She does my nails right EVERY TIME! It’s hard to get salons to do dip thin and she knows I like it that way. They stay beautiful for three weeks (and probably more but growth). I found Jen through friends while living in Richmond, and I absolutely LOVED my nails every single time. I recently relocated to a different state and my only regret is leaving Tips ‘n Toes behind. My nails will never be the same. Jen raised the bar so high for the quality of my nails that I don’t believe the new standard will ever be met. Only go here if you never plan to move. I will never go anywhere else! This is the cleanest, most professional nail salon I have ever been in. A friend of mine was going to get a mani/pedi and asked me if I wanted to go with her. She has been getting manicures with Jen for years and told me she had opened her new salon. I made an appointment with Cindy. WOW! Cindy is the best! I am actually scared to recommend them for fear I won’t be able to get in! The salon is beautiful and the pedicure chairs and set up are amazing and extremely comfortable.
