Went here hoping for a better experience than the first time i had my nails done at a different place and it was absolutely an amazing experience. They were able to get me in and finished before i had work and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back here from now on. The nail techs take their time with what they do and are very gentle as well.

So I went for the first time and it was not bad. I got a manicure and eyebrow wax. The manicure went well. She worked really hard of my nails. But I didn’t understand why I couldn’t choose the color I want I had to tell her and she chose the color. I didn’t want a purple maroon. I told her my concerns and she still picked out a purplish maroon color and I said I wanted something more red and she said it turns out red. The color definitely turned out purple but it’s fine I can live with that. Then I wanted a design and I showed it to her. When she went to go do the design she didn’t look at the picture I had at all and just put a heart on my nails. I wanted to tell her but all the stylist were crowded around us watching her do it. Then she did my eye brows. She did really great on my eye brows but then she told me I was hairy and needed my arms waxed. And she also thought I had hair on my upper lip and I needed that waxed too. I get she was trying to make more money but it was offensive. She really liked my nails though and took pictures of my nails with her and my phone. I think she did great with my nails and eye brows I just wish it was a better experience.

Usually I just get a couple colors and call it good, only onething i uncomfortable is Lisa, she charge me higher and make is not good. but after change new nail tech. her’s name Amy. she very friendly and design my nail so beauty. i high recommend Tip & Toe Nail
