Got an acrylic full set they look terrible. My left thumb nail is longer than the right thumb nail. My right middle finger nail got filed down so much it looks crooked. Paint job is decent but I’ve had so much better. The gentleman i had was so focused on everything else he started to file his own hands. First and last time going

I got a mani pedi with gel. I’m very disappointed. The nail files used were not new. You could tell they had been used on a multitude of people. Well, The gel polish only lasted a day and its already lifted up. I’m upset. The application is also very uneven, streaky and missed on part of my nails. There are also small flecks and clumps of things in the gel.

I asked for a manicure first, followed by the polish. Simple enough! Wrong. He rushed through he cut my cuticles, didn’t push them back or take pride in his job. He slapped something on my nails that turned lumpy and tacky so the lady painting them had to keep filing them and redoing her paint. I didn’t get a full manicure but was sure charged for 1. Because he didn’t push my cuticles back the polish lifted at the cuticle and caught on stuff so I’ve lost most of the nail polish except the tips on some. I paid 50 for two paint jobs, mine being French and my child’s simple and a manicure. Outrageous considering how fast they got me outof there. I won’t be back. It seems like nobody takes pride in their work Nymore. Great customer service and they took care of my five-year-old excellently, making her feel very special and safe. My husband, myself and our daughter all got pedicures and we received fast and friendly customer service with excellent care.

I came and got my nails done for vacation, ended up with a gel fill on my hands which turned out great and regular polish and a basic pedicure for my feet. The man I had just went through the motions instead of taking time to get through everything nicely. Scratched my feet raw with the bristly brush before cutting one of my nails to look curved instead of square. Then he left without finishing. Disappointed.

My only issue, is that my gel polish chips after 4 day’s. Their is only one young lady in there (can’t remember her name) who has done my polish which has been flawless when she does them. Any one else who does it, it chips off within day’s. overall, I enjoy coming here. But wish they’d figure out why alot of customers gel polish continually chips off. I did call and explain my issue and was told I could come in, and they’d fix it for free. It was a pleasant conversation.
