Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTwo technicians arrived at exactly 9, which means there was no way the four people that were there waiting for their 9 appointment were going to be serviced on time. Two others slowly made their entrance within the next 15-20 minutes. The first two were frantically trying to answer phone and prep. My appointment (first time!) was for full set with dip and a deluxe pedicure. My technician was also late, but I at lease had been placed in water to soak and soak and soak!My pedicure was finished in an hour and I waited 45 minutes before I was moved to a chair and that was only after I asked about it. I had to ask for the colors and was given all of them (I had no idea which ones were for the dip until I picked out the wrong one!) That confused my technician and took more time to sort out the colors! The only male in the shop (technician and I think manager) asked if I had a problem?? Well, yes!!! I told him I was not accustomed to waiting and hour and a half when my appointment was at 9. He argued with me about my waiting time and it was clearly 10:45! Again, I was a new customer!!My nails look like ski slopes and I’m not certain that my technician had ever done nails before. She was very nervous. I was in the shop for 3-1/2 hours!!I’ll be glad when LaBelle opens back up. I’ve always been a walk-in and have NEVER been in that shop over 2 hours (and they always have to soak!). Two technicians arrived at exactly 9, which means there was no way the four people that were there waiting for their 9 appointment were going to be serviced on time.
