I would never go to this place again. First of all, when taking off my old set she was drilling too much and burning my nails. While filing she was hurting me and when I made it clear that I was in pain she didn’t even apologize. Not once. My nails are all different lengths And they’re all bumpy. They’re also all different shapes of course. I asked for no chip gel and she ended up doing acrylic dip?? Which caused my nails to come up to $68. She also filed more after finishing the dip, so the side of every single nail has nothing on it. She also ended up leaving some cuts on my fingers from her filing. If negative stars were possible that 100% is what I would be giving right now. Don’t waste your money on this place.

I decided to get my nails done on friday. I called to ask for availablilty and they did have it and was asked to go on right away. So i went in and i said “trust the process” she was done and my nails ended up looking like this. I was okay with it because they had already closed and i was the last person there. After i took a really good look at them and they were bumby and really uneven as shown in the pictures. I myself do nails and this is not quality FOR $65!! I went back on saturday she tried fixing them but still ended up looking the same. Sorry but i will never be going back there. The last picture is what i asked for.

Their facility does not seem so organized or clean. Service is ok. They charge 5 dollars extra for some OPI colors. The lady that did my pedicure put super burning water on my feet.

Turn me away because I was black!!!.. Her face turned upside down when I came in and she told me they do not do full set only polish which I knew wasn’t true her is name Linda.. So I’ve asked for her name and then told me to back another day..

I went to Tips 2 Toes after work and there wasn’t anyone in the place. The sign said “Open” and the door was not locked. I walked in and waited a couple of minutes. The attendant came out of the restroom and was startled by my presence. She quickly said “WE ARE CLOSED”. I responded with, “it’s 5:07 and your sign says you’re open until 7:00. She said no, we are closed. I went up the street to “Botti” nail salon and was greeted and seated right away. I waited about 30 mins and called Tips 2 Toes and asked what time they closed and she said 7:00. Very shady. I will not be back. Horrible customer service.

Came here for a mani/pedi and firstly, I’ll say the place is clean, the staff was friendly and they did a pretty good job on both. However, when I first walked in it took a few minutes to be greeted. There were 3 employees and a bell on the door, so I’m not sure how they couldn’t notice a customer walking in. The pedi was great (nice massage) but the mani could have been a little better. My cuticles need to be trimmed better and there was maybe a 10 second massage on each hand. $50 for the combo..so pretty on point pricing, but I feel the mani is a little overpriced. I’ll return because they’re close, but they wouldn’t be my first choice.

Critical: QualityNail polish used was old and clumpy initially- manicurist realized after first coat. (My eye sight is poor). Great place, fantastic manicure by Jamie. They clean and prep your nails by hand. I have had poor experiences with a grinder at other places. Haven’t had a manicure in 2 years for that reason. I will be back. Manicure
