The staff is so friendly, all the customers seem to know them well, and I immediately felt right at home my first trip! They have wonderful spa chairs for pedis, and Lorna gave a 5-star deluxe pedi for only $35!! It was worth more. I will be back!

My daughter and I went once and we loved it so we were looking very forward to another trip to enjoy some time together. Booked an appointment for both of us giving both our names via Facebook messenger and got the confirmation via text. Upon arrival we find out they only had us down for one appointment. 2 workers are there – one just on her phone waiting for another appointment to arrive which was 30 minutes away. No one apologized for the mix up – no one offered to do anything. Just kept asking each other who took the appointment. Proceed to do my daughter’s pedicure and we had also asked them to paint her nails as well while there but they just barely did her pedicure and awaited payment again with no apology or anything. I paid with no tip which I NEVER do – I always tip well but in this case it was all I could do to not make a scene. Sad they did not even value our business enough to even try to make things right. I had it in writing about both appointments. Oh, the second employee’s appointment was done in probably 10 minutes…seems to me good customer service would have been to get me in then take care of her other appointment at that time – I would have been willing to wait – then come back to me. Sorry but won’t be back and will no longer recommend.
