Great experience at Tips-Y-Toe today. Very professional salon. Good pricing. Efficient but not rushed. Great, relaxing atmosphere. Best salon in the Greenville area. The only area that I can recommend improvement on is to suggest that the technicians refrain from personal chat during client massages. Given all the salon does to provide a relaxing atmosphere, we found the chatter distracting. Still a 5-star place!

I came in for a pedicure and was taken back in a very timely manner. However once I was in the chair I wasn’t given a book to see what I had to choose from. I had to take a paper one from the chair beside me. Meanwhile other customers were given a book with all of their services . Once my pedicure started it was rushed. Before I could even get relaxed good it was over! I was asked what color I wanted and I showed him and explained to him I wanted a design on my big toe. He asked for help with the design because it was obvious he didn’t know how to do it. The young lady he was asking was talking telling him something (not my language) so I’m not sure what he was saying. He laughed and started drawing lines straight up and down on my toe nail without it being painted. I told him that’s not what I wanted and I didn’t like it. He went and got another lady and she asked what did I want. I explained to her and she acted like she didn’t understand either. They started talking to each other and just looking at me so I just told him to forget it and just paint them all the same color with no design. He did one coat and was done. Went to the massage room for my 10 minute foot massage and let’s just say, I’ve had a better massage at home! This whole experience was horrible!! This was not my first going but it will DEFINITELY be my last time because they really had me feeling out of place, service was not good and I did not get what I went for!

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve been planning to come here for weeks and was super excited about it. I got the plus pedi and it was super rushed. There was nothing relaxing about the experience at all. The tech did a poor job painting my toes and put the base coat on after he put the color. When he saw his mistake. He just put the top coat on top of the base making the polish look clumped. I had to ask him to redo it. Super sloppy work. Never coming back here.

I thought i usually have a great experience, but today I was highly disappointed. My nails are lumpy and I spent a lot of money. I felt like I was being talked about my nails prior even though I have always gone there to get my nails done so one of their techs did them prior and they felt like they were a lot of work. I’m embarrassed and I feel very uncomfortable walking back in there.

The fastest pedi I have ever had. From the time I walked in the door to the time I paid, it was exactly 15 minutes. I do not get polish on my nails, but I have never felt so rushed. There were only 3 other clients, with employees standing around waiting on the next client to walk in. They didn’t even provide all of the services in the basic package that I requested.

I have been going over Tippytoe for a while now since they reopened. I knew about this place because of my friend and when I went there I had a great experience. Maria was the one working on me and did a great job on manicures and pedicures and she’s also a great and kind person. Awesome experience

I got my nails done by Maria today and she is phenomenal. She didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed when I asked questions and she JOKED with me every time I didn’t know where to put my hands (in the light, out the light etc) .
