He rushed through my nails when there was barely anyone there, being very ugly and rough with me, when he would show me my nails he would grab my hand and throw it towards me, even smacked my hand after I told him how I wanted my nails to look, still ended up paying $55 for bad service and work, never going again. No wonder there was barely any customers.

Critical: ProfessionalismHad two nail techs, the male that did my pedicure did great and listened to what I said the basic only $30 and normal nail polish. We had a lady do the other two and they also picked normal polish and basic $30 pedicure. They charged me for right on mine but $100 worth on the other two and the older man was rude when I asked about the over charging. We had a lady do the other two and they also picked normal polish and basic $30 pedicure. They charged me for right on mine but $100 worth on the other two and the older man was rude when I asked about the over charging. Basically what should have been $90 turned into $140.

Love my spa day, nails are beautiful and the pedicures are so relaxing! I highly recommend Kevin, he takes his time and his hands are amazing! Ask for the deluxe pedicure, it’s so relaxing and the hot stones were fantastic!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy sister and I went last Saturday, the man was rushing, started doing my nails not even half way done he jumps over and starts working on my sister’s nails,he did an awful job on her French tip,they looked all puffy,horrible work!! All my nails are different lengths, my nails look alittle bulky in certain areas. My sister and I went last Saturday, the man was rushing, started doing my nails not even half way done he jumps over and starts working on my sister’s nails,he did an awful job on her French tip,they looked all puffy,horrible work!! So my grandfather, 92 years old, went to get a pedicure as obviously he needs help with this. He is a 20 year veteran and served in both Korea and Germany. The tech assisted him, but told him also to never come back as he was too much trouble. This breaks my heart that a place of business would be so tasteless when it comes to how they treat anyone let alone a veteran or someone who is clearly in need.
