Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWish I had read reviews before stepping in but there was a definite clue when we walked in because there were no customers and no one else came in while we were getting our nails done. We have tried different salons and I have never been in one that did not have constant customers coming in. Even the least popular ones have customers coming in. They rushed us and did not seem too knowledgeable in nail art. The lady tried to persuade my daughter to change design that she wanted. The man also made my daughter feel rush to the point that she wanted to leave with acrylics on and just pay for the service provided and get them done somewhere else. Never coming here again. I’m sticking to Sunny Nails. They were so rude when we asked to redo the art that was done on four nails because she could definitely not do it. My daughter just wanted to leave but I knew she wouldn’t be happy with what she had done. So I asked to redo those four the same way as the other nails which was blue tips. The gentleman was very rude. Wish I had read reviews before stepping in but there was a definite clue when we walked in because there were no customers and no one else came in while we were getting our nails done. Critical: ValueI went there today to get my nails done, I got a manicure and the man filed my nails to low and cut me many times. They acted like they were in a rush and didn’t take there time. When I put my hands under the light it burned so bad because of him filing my skin off. My little sister could’ve did a better job on my nails at home and I had to pay $25 for this. I went there today to get my nails done, I got a manicure and the man filed my nails to low and cut me many times. They acted like they were in a rush and didn’t take there time. When I put my hands under the light it burned so bad because of him filing my skin off. My little sister could’ve did a better job on my nails at home and I had to pay $25 for this.
