I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 yet the lady scheduled someone for lashes at the same time! I sat there for 35 minutes before I was seen.She then rushed my pedicure and charged me full price! Then when I got my full set she charged me $5 more for clear nails mind you it was my first time getting them so she should of told me about the extra fee. The last 2 visits have been awful! I’m starting to wonder if black ppl are being rushed n over priced! I expect to be treated equally if I’m paying my money!

I was served on time without wait which is excellent for my tight schedule. Had ingrown nail which bothered me when I was playing tennis. They fixed my ingrown nail. I highly recommend Tiptop nail. Pedicure

Terrible my nails look awful! The lady that did my nails was in a hurry or something they are uneven and lumpy looking. She didn’t listen to anything I said. You can see through the gel polish on my toes . And my tips are way sharp . She wouldn’t even listen when I told her I needed them fixed she went and helped the chair next to me . I got feel like I just wasted $95 for my nails and I’m embarrassed. I want them off already! Highly upset

Katy is EXTREMELY rude and only to a certain demographic. I came in with an appointment and asked Katy for a specific design. The design was French with pearl accents. She gets up and retrieves a shocking gel color sample wheel.
