Very difficult to communicate because of all of them come from a different country and we have communication difficulties. Charged me more for the same nail job than a few weeks ago. Even though it was a very good job on my nails as it was last time, we were finished taking care of my charge and I didn’t give her a tip because I was already charged much more, she spoke out loud to everyone in the place that she didn’t get a tip from me even while I was still there and other customers as well.

The next day after their service I asked for the refund (or any options, because I wanted beautiful nails for my wedding annifersary) because I was so unhappy with my manicure and my ring finger was cut in 3 times during manucure…The owner told me that I’m picky and this manucure (see pictures) is absolutely normal. Please decide if this is normal for you before you go there.

Got a gel manicure with French tip done and I love it. I forgot the gentleman’s name that did my nails but he was younger and in the first seat. He did an awesome job. Will definitely be back if I ever need a manicure in San Antonio

I absolutely love this place. Lucy and her aunt are so sweet and dedicate a good 30-45 minutes on your pedicure. That’s the least, massages can last up to an hour which is great! They don’t rush you out and their facility is always clean, sanitized and relaxing.

Lovely place, not quite as flashy as other places I have been but is up to date with newest nail fashions. Just received a cat eye shellac manicure and absolutely love it. Attention to detail is impeccable.
