Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Tip Top nails for about 7 years. Any time I’ve ventured out to a different nail salon I am just not as satisfied. At this point I think every employee has done my nails at least once and they’re all talented. They take their time and you can’t beat the prices. The owner Jenny is wonderful and the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows!! The store is always clean and neat!! I have been going to Tip Top nails for about 7 years. Any time I’ve ventured out to a different nail salon I am just not as satisfied. At this point I think every employee has done my nails at least once and they’re all talented. They take their time and you can’t beat the prices. The owner Jenny is wonderful and the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows!! The store is always clean and neat!! I highly recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDid a very poor job on my nails. I asked for a dip powder french tip in which i get all the time from other places & they seemed to not know how to do it. when the nail tech finished me nails, they were a mess so she asked if she could put polish on top which i didn’t want so she ended up putting a stripe where the demarcation line began between the color & my nail. still very messy. now, not even a week later 5 of the ten nails have broken off because they were so thin. & a few broke off at the base which caused some pain & bleeding. i will never go back! on to the next salon…Services: Dip powder, Gel manicuresDid a very poor job on my nails. Did a very poor job on my nails. I asked for a dip powder french tip in which i get all the time from other places & they seemed to not know how to do it. when the nail tech finished me nails, they were a mess so she asked if she could put polish on top which i didn’t want so she ended up putting a stripe where the demarcation line began between the color & my nail. still very messy. now, not even a week later 5 of the ten nails have broken off because they were so thin. & a few broke off at the base which caused some pain & bleeding. i will never go back! on to the next salon…

Critical: ProfessionalismI was a walk-in and they were able to get me in quickly. I just needed a quick regular manicure. The manicure took a very long time but that is really not my complaint. Everything was going well until I asked for a fourth coat of polish. As soon as I asked for a fourth coat, an employee right next to the lady who was doing my nails, looked at me and said that that color is just like that. I told her that I get this color often and it is do-able, all I need is a fourth coat. Then, here comes the issue I had through this whole ordeal. Another employee, a couple seats down came over and was very snippy and angry toward me. She was pushing and pulling my fingers forcefully as she was obviously irritated that I asked for a fourth coat. Once she was finished putting the fourth coat on…..which I am not sure why she did it in the first place instead of letting the lady who was already doing my nails do that. Anyway she went back to her seat and the original lady finished my manicure. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in quickly. I just needed a quick regular manicure. The manicure took a very long time but that is really not my complaint. Everything was going well until I asked for a fourth coat of polish. As soon as I asked for a fourth coat, an employee right next to the lady who was doing my nails, looked at me and said that that color is just like that. Critical: Punctuality, Quality3 hours later and still at the salon… I needed to get a manicure and wanted to treat my 12 year old niece. We showed up and they were busy. No problem. I told them we could return later. I was told 30 mins. Ran some errands and came back within that time frame. My niece showed the design she wanted and Jenny who said it could be done, but would be extra due to design (ombré) and jewels. I got my nails done (simple solid color gel manicure). It was a mediocre job.. fine. My niece’s work is going horribly. When she asked the tech why the jewels were sliding, he told her the pic may have used different materials and started taking all the color off her nails. He ended up doing a different solid color. I wasn’t charged extra but why say you can offer a service and not follow through and waste 2 extra hours of all our time? I was told 30 mins. Ran some errands and came back within that time frame. Awful experience here… I made an appointment and upon arrival they said they wouldn’t have time to do both services that I made an appointment for, and that I had to pick which service I wanted more.
