Just moved to Huntsville… went to another salon and they didnt want to do different colors…. not even each nail a different solid color… guy said i can only pick one color for all nails… walked out.. but still charged me $60 just for the acrylic. So that is how I ended here at Tip Top Nails….very pleased with the work they did and their customer service was #pride

This is the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Andy was my tech and he did an excellent job. He took his time and did a very thorough foot and leg massage. I just happened to stop by on a whim while I was in town but definitely worth my hour drive to get here and I’ll be coming back as regularly as possible. Already making an appointment for my birthday next month to get a full set done.

I’ve gone to several Tip Top Nails for several years. I started going to this one about 8 years ago. Over the years that have gotten ridiculous with their prices. They do charge you for EVERYTHING. I sat in water for 30 minutes waiting on a pedicure with nothing in the water. Anyone that lives in Madison County know that the water here is hard. I thought a pedicure was to soften and massage your feet… What is all of this leg creams and leg massages. Customer Service is at its lowest.

I even relocated and still decided to stay in touch but The rush to get you finished is greater than having you as a returning customer. I asked for my nails to be cut down & got ignored. Came back the next day and no one could assist me. Sound simple but super factual. No more money of mine shall be spent here or on my gas to return. Ps. I even relocated and still decided to stay in touch but The rush to get you finished is greater than having you as a returning customer. I asked for my nails to be cut down & got ignored. As a single mother with kids with special needs, I don’t have many people to help when I just need to unwind and take a break so I just brought my kids with me. They made every accommodations for me and my 2 kids, so that my visit was pleasant. The nail tech was very patient and very engaged with us and very much entertaining. She made sure that I had a visit that I will never forget. For sure I won’t be bringing my kids all the time but I will definitely be back because of the hospitality and service!! Very pleased!

I made a appointment for 2 people for a gel full set and pedicure. We got in with no problem didn’t have to wait at all. I got seated to do a pedicure the lady that performed the service didn’t do what they were supposed to. I soaked my feet for maybe 3 minutes then she began to clip my nails and then she started with the gel polish. I was thinking to myself that’s it??? I’ve gotten many pedicures in the past and they massage your feet and legs, exfoliate them, and put hot towels and take there time. I unfortunately did not receive that service at all. However the other lady that did my full set did an amazing job! That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars… She did exactly what I wanted and was really nice… Then my friend got her pedicure and she got all those services that I expected to get but didn’t. The lady (different lady then what I had) took her time and gave her a massage, hot towels, exfoliated, and everything. Then when it came time to pay they told my friend it would be $105 and she paid no problem. Then when it came time for me to pay she told me $105 too and keep in my mind me and her got the same acrylic and same pedicure. I’m very upset that I paid $105 when I didn’t get the full service .. unfortunately because of that I will not return…
