Never in my life have I ever encounter this magnitude of disrespect. I was referred to this place after recently moving to west Clermont and drove all this way to an area that is not as pleasant to be treated by this individual in such a manner. He refused to give me his name and called me an a**hole. Someone like this should not be the face of a business. His exact words were, “I’m just an employee so I don’t care!” At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what community you serve. You place a business to attend to what is considered to be minorities but an awful experience isn’t deserved by anyone especially when all money is green. I didn’t get see Tracy but heard a lot of great things. To the lady who was so sweet to me its very unfortunate you work with an individual like that. Since he didn’t want to provide his name. Google will not allow me to upload video. Me and my sister was yelled at and disrespected by the man in the front. Went in for a pedicure and left with my feet looking the same as when I came in. After asking for a refund he began to yell and scream stating ” I don’t make Money off refunds”. He then walked out of the business to smoke and continued to yell. They charge different prices for the same services and are not consistent with their work. If I could give zero stars I would, if you go as a single lady or group of women expect to be disrespected.

I have never been so disrespected and aggravated in such a place. My tech was rude and my nail polish is clumpy and my design looks like a 5 yr old did it. Very discussed.
