Place was filthy!!! The nail station my sister was sitting at was so dirty she couldn’t rest her arms on the table. The floor are my pedicure chair became soaking wet. My suede slippers got soaking wet. Only after I called them out on it did we get an apology. This was our first and last time there!!!

I would never ever go back to this salon after what I’ve witnessed how the owner Natalie treated a young black lady the other day . I literally was sitting in the massage chair and I watched Natalie has an exchange of words gossiping with other client talking behind the young lady back while she was in the back . and then when the Young lady came out she got quiet . she even called the police on the young lady accusing her of just walking out but mins earlier she let another lady who was Caucasian leave to get money and then come back . fast forward tried to get her locked up even when the girl told her that she would bring the money she just had to run to the bank . and when the girl gracefully returned with the money . Natalie knew herself looked really insane . this was my 2nd time coming the salon and was my very very last talk about racial discrimination I hope the young lady sues !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here Monday 2/10 recommended by a waitress from Denny’s. Although Natalie did a good job on my nails(shaping and color) she was rushing as if there were ppl waiting. It’s clearly quantity over quality here. She was very pushy(especially about following her on Instagram, in which I explained to her 3x I did not have an Instagram) but didn’t really bother me. The very next day the paint chipped on my thumb went back, she agreed to fix it but while I was getting the color she attempted to take a customer who’ve just walked in. Aht aht I’m not waiting! So the customer kindly let me get my nail fixed. Here it is Saturday and another finger nail chipped. Yea idk about going back!
