First the original color was not entirely removed so you can see it on the edges. Clippers were used to pull up and snap off parts of previous acrylic. If you’ve had your nails done often you’ll probably not have had clippers put under the un filed acrylic at the cuticle side and pulled up, this is done sometimes with thinned acrylic, but not usually full thickness due to the chances of damage. You could see the damage to the nail bed.

I hardly ever give negative reviews but these people are not interested in providing quality service. There is a female nail tech that sits facing the door but does not look up from her phone when you walk in but ask what you need. Still never looking up directs you to a chair. The gentleman who did my nails seems to have been inexperienced and needed a lot of redirecting. No matter how many times I asked he just couldn’t seem to shape my nails without leaving acrylic all over my fingers. They cater to the head honcho who faces the door and she is very selective(rudely so) about who’s nails she will do. I’m not from Alabama and don’t have to deal with this level of overt discrimination when paying for a service. It’s a shame and I feel sorry for those who have to endure this type of business.

Holly does my nails and she always does amazing work. Holly is hands down outstanding when it comes to free styling my nails. Or even recreating a picture that I’ve shown her. Simon does my pedicures and he’s outstanding. His massages are the best and both know me very well. Both are patient and extremely kind.Their attention to details keep me coming back. Simon is extremely attentive.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMia was my nail techician. She was efficient, kind, professional and didn’t rush through my pedicure to get to another customer. She also did NOT try to upsale me a bunch of other/ different types of services after I said that I only wanted a pedicure. The only downside is they don’t seem to have very good ventilationin this facility so it’s difficultto bare the fumes with a mask on, but “she” was definitely worth it!!!.
