I went to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago. When I left, I was pleased with my results, however I received a first degree burn under my eyebrow. The wax was not hot and I’m pretty sure the lady ripped off my skin while trying to rip off eyebrow hair. I’m very disappointed in this business. Waxing

I am writing this review because I had my nails done here this past Saturday. When the tech was doing my nails she wasn’t paying attention and cut my finger. The next day thee of the nails they did are all chipping. She forgot top coat on two fingers. I told them I just want my money back and they hung up on me. I called back asking to talk to own…they just kept saying she not her, you come in. After this experience I do not want them to touch my nails. I just want my money back…I told them I was writing this review…seemed effected. There are many palaces to spend your money and get quality. I usually go to Roses Nails on Sumner Avenue in Springfield and they do a great job every single time..due to time I tried them for the first and last time. I will continue to look for more sites to post so the public knows

I love this place. Always friendly and never a long wait. The nail tech I see (Dawn) is a perfectionist. She knows exactly what I like and I never have to ask her to fix anything. I also have my eyebrows done here and like the way they do them. I highly recommend this place!
