I came in today for acrylic removal, gel mani and pedi. Did not even sit more than five minutes. As soon as the Asian lady saw my nails she looked extremely annoyed and began to drill my nails then I saw her take a plastic nail and go under the acrylic and force it off It really hurt so I asked her if she can soak them off, she said she didn’t have time and it’ll take all day to take them off. She kept drilling my into my nails to take as much acrylic off it began to get too hot and she knew she was hurting me. I had enough of her not trying to make me comfortable so I decided to leave. A professional nail tech knows to soak off your nails so they don’t damage your natural nails as much. Please avoid this place. Owner was nice, nail techs seem annoyed when you walk in. (Thick nails or not always soak them off!!)

I stopped by Tip-Top Nail Spa to inquire about services. Before I could even step foot inside, I was “interrogated” by a guy standing outside the door smoking a cigarette. I will assume he is the owner and recommend that he get customer service training and/or learn how to speak to people. Needless to say, I did not get information on the full body waxing and mani/pedi I wanted. Again, I wasn’t even allowed in the door! Instead, I will take my money and happily find a business that understands customer service. I do feel sorry for anyone that works for this guy. Too bad. I’m a loyal and consistent customer who is also known for being an excellent tipper…and not a penny of my money will Tip-Top Nail Spa EVER see.

It was my second time coming here they weren’t that great the first time I came but I came again because I desperately needed my nails done. I came here years ago. Last time I came here I didn’t really have any problems I just didn’t care for the nails they did. Today I went in there , I am a black woman (this will matter once I tell you about my experience) this time there was a man in the front I have a bubbly personality and I am always smiling I went in there happy and smiling he literally starred at me with a straight face the ENTIRE time then the lady “Kim” he set me up with said she couldn’t do work over someone else work so she had to do a FULL set in order to do my nails I had like four broken nails and the rest really just needed a fill. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have NEVER EVER EVER heard a professional nail tech say that to me based off my experience they usually just go over the nail and fix it like a regular fill. She didn’t greet me when I sat down she act like she did not want to give me service I asked her is this too hard for you to do ? She responded “yes” so I got up went to the front and spoke to the middle eastern man and he said sorry she’s our only nail tech I said so that means you’re busy the rest of the day ? He goes no she’s our only nail tech here we have no one else not even for tomorrow . There was clearly another lady getting her nails done by another tech so no that was not true there is more than one nail tech There. I asked him four or five times the same question trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he did not understand me but he clearly did. I felt hostile energy as soon as I was walked in they didn’t want my service the moment I walked in I can’t flat out say because they’re racist but I have a strong feeling they did not want to service me because of my skin color. They treated me like I wasn’t a customer and as if I had no right to be there.

I called to make an appointment. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. I walk in for my appointment and the place is empty— except for the man I booked my appointment with. He told me everyone is gone, with no explanation. The very least he could’ve done was give me a call before I came to the shop. That was extremely unprofessional. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay at that shop anyway, however. The inside is very dark, dank and just a not visually pleasing space. It felt like a basement.

I love this place. they take time to assist in selecting color because I am color deficient. They always utilize clean tools and help you with your shoes after pedicures. The staff are all very good and friendly. Beside nails they offer waxing, facials, lash extensions and hair service. Ive done my eyebrows waxed and lady that does it is amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

This use to be a good place. I was a loyal customer for years. Recently, they have been overbooking and cramming so many customers in -that my appointments have not been starting on time and the nail technicians are rushed and not doing good work and have no time to fix the mistakes they are making. I made an appointment for my regular fill and pedicure a week in advance and they called me while I was on my way there to cancel it. They re-scheduled me for the next day and then cancelled that one as well with no options to take care of me at all. I re-arranged my work schedule for both nail appointments that were abruptly cancelled. I can no longer recommend Tip Top Nails anymore after being cancelled on 2 days in a row. I tried to speak to the owner Roman who would not even get on the phone with me. I heard him tell the receptionist in the background that he did not want to take my call. They have gone downhill and show zero respect or consideration for their customers. After over 5 years, I will not be going back. They have wasted far too much of my time.

Very friendly staff and prices are cheaper than most places. But the results are just horrifying. Old nail polish wasn’t removed all the way so I ended up with 2 colors.. another time my skin was painted, or the nail wasnt fully coated. if you care about the price and just want a cheap nail service then enjoy

Have gel nails done with Chow. She is the best ever in over 40 years of manicures. Also Angel is my pedicure gal. Also very nice and keeps my dry cracking old feet in tip-top shape(no pun intended)!

I was excited to try this place because it was right next to my house. I called at 1:45 and made an apt at 2:15 the same day. I get a call at 2:16 as I am pulling into the lot telling me if very rudely that I had a 2:15 apt. I asked if they were canceling and he hung up on me. I got a call from a woman a few min later and I told her what happened. She asked the same man if I could come in still and appologized to me and he said no. It sounded like he was yelling at her and she was arguing with him about the situation. Go somewhere that treats their customers and employees better!
