Do not ever come here if you’re time is valuable. Once you enter the shop they have you sign your name but Alex doesn’t even look at the list or really acknowledge you when you come in. I sat and waited for an hour and he called people that were before me and me being the person I am I don’t like confrontation and just left. There’s only two people doing nails and the rest are doing feet, I remember when they used to have a lot of people in there working but now they don’t. I’ll spend my money else where

I love Tiffany, Adam and Na…they do good nails and feet. I have been going to Tiffany for years and never once was I disappointed. The only thing is, is the wait, it could take forever sometimes just to get serviced. Overall, I love it!!

I had to wait more than an hour for a fill in and the place wasn’t even crowded. Some woman walked in 20 minutes after me and was immediately seated for a pedicure. The service in here is absolutely terrible. The nails you end up with are not worth an hour + long wait. They have you sign in when you arrive and for what?? If you’re not going to go by the sign in book then get rid of it. I’m so irritated and I will not be returning here.

I writing this review while I’m actually letting my nails dry January 17,2018. My experience here was terrible. I came here a few times in high school and never payed any mind to the rudeness. But now it’s just awful. The attitudes are ridiculous. And half the time you haven’t even done anything wrong. She cut one of my arcylic nails to short and got an attitude when I asked for her to do it over. She had attitude when I asked for rhinestone and I was deciding which ones I wanted. I only took like 2 mins to decide. She messed up one of my nails and I had to finish the polish job myself. I will never be back here. Please go to Homewood Nail Spa! It’s in Homewood,IL. It’s amazing. Plus the decor is relaxing. They actually care about there customers instead of trying to do rushed jobs and take your money. I hate when these places act like customers don’t matter. We are the driving force behind your business period.
