Super disappointed with the way my nails turned out. Half of my nails are crooked and slanting. This was my first time coming here and I can guarantee I won’t be returning. I was treated so poorly. I have never been treated so rudely before at a nail salon. I had to repeat myself several times because I just wanted my short nails with powder acrylic over it with clear polish. Helen argued with me and complained that my nails were short and that she couldn’t really do her job because of that she was trying to talk me into putting tips on I felt she just wanted to get more money out of me. and I had to repeat myself again several times telling her that I was not interested in that. I will never go back there again. my nails were not that short but I work with my hands so I want to keep them very manicured looking. But this place I warn you is not good.

Used to love the work they do, but they’re too money hungry for me to ever return. I’d been going here for at least a decade, and put my family and friends on to coming in as well. My mom ended up purchasing gift certificates for all of us to be able to spend time together. The pandemic happened and the certificates expired DURING Tip Top being closed. Fast forward a couple months after they re-open, my grandmother goes in and receives service. When she went to use the gift certificate they berated and embarrassed her about it being expired and wouldn’t accept it.

I was looking for a nail salon and I happened upon this place….. When I got in the atmosphere was a bit stuffy….Not heat wise stuffy…But they didn’t seem to welcome new customers very well. They had some repeat clients in there and was very attentive and warm to them. During my visit they seemed as if they were trying to rush us through… One woman started on both of us, my daughter and I had gone as a mother daughter type of thing. There was a woman with a client next to us and one behind us with a client at the foot spa….she went from doing a ladies feet to messing with money and to my hands….she had the Polish from her last client under her nails which than transferred under my left pinky nail. I also wanted a specific detail put on two maybe 4 finger nails and they had the hardest time trying to figure it out…they didn’t even try to hold conversation with us…..I was appalled at that but not only at that but also at the whole visit. I just didn’t feel that the experience was pleasant at all. We will not be returning.

Horrible place. Waited over 40 mins+ to get my nails filled. Very unwelcoming to new customers. Lady did not do a through job and messed up my nails. They were uneven and looked horrible! She did a sloppy job, so much so that I had the acrylic substance all over my fingers. I wanted a fill for my original shaped nail (almond) and she barely filed them enough to make them look like almonds. I wasted my money and time. I had to go home and refill my nails and to scrape off the messed up arcylic and polish residue on my hands. This place doesn’t deserve its 4.4 rating. Go somewhere else and do not waste your time and money like I did.

This was the worst most rushed experience I’ve had in my life. I told the tech she put my acrylic on in a way that I would HAVE to get a fill in a week. She argued that no that’s how it should be. For all of you who love this place, you’re being ripped off how my nails look right now isn’t worth $28 and when i told them my concerns. They didn’t care to fix them..
