I went to get a pedicure and a gel fill-in. PROS: the shop is immaculate. The cleanest I’ve seen in a shop in a long time. I was a walk-in and I was serviced immediately. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from. Customer service is decent. Pricing is very reasonable. CONS: I regret not getting the name of the nail tech who serviced me but her work was very disappointing. The pedicure, as far as the procedure, was just ok. The polishing and shaping of my nails on both hands and feet is worst than when I went in. She had to be as blind as Helen Keller to do this awful of a job. The polish is on my cuticles, the nails were square on one side and round on the other. I had to file them myself to make them look better. The fill-in is lumpy. Even with the discount I got, I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. I will not be going back.

I will not be returning! I went in to get a dip, but needed the old dip removed. It seemed like the guy doing nails was the only one who was experienced with dips. He started taking off my dip with a chisel and broke two of my nails. I had to ask that my dip be soaked off. I had to gets tips applied due to him breaking my natural nails. He completed the dip as I requested and I was satisfied. After a couple of days the dip with acrylic began to chip due to most of the dip being at the tip of my nails. Now all of my natural nails are broken. I have to get my nails all cut to so they can grow back like they were. They did paint my 7 year old niece nails for free, which was nice.

I really liked this place. To mirror some of the other comments prices are great and the salon is very clean. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. There was not a wait and I was serviced immediately. My husband also went and they did a great job on his feet, which are terrible (lol). I go mainly for the massage for the pedicure I feel the nail tech did an excellent job on my massage.

I so wanted to love this place because I do not like any of the other nail shops in Homewood. I asked for a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was ok and I was somewhat satisfied. I asked that my current dip be soaked off while my pedicure dried and waited for the next nail tech to do my nails. I was ignored. The next nail tech tried to take my current dip polish off with a chisel tool without soaking until I objected and told her she would damage my nails that way. She then proceeded to do sloppy work leaving dried dip powder and chemical all over my skin. I had to tell her to clean it off. Also she tried pulling off the dried dip with her fingers until I asked her if she could use a solution to get it off. I like how they apply dip, but other than that I don’t see myself going back except for something quick.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. After waiting an hour and a half for a no chip manicure and pedicure, I was thrown around to different technicians and it took an additional 2 hours to finish. There were multiple mistakes made on my fingers and toes. When telling the technician, she got visibly upset and began aggressively grabbing my hands and ‘threw’ my foot down when she ‘corrected’ the mistakes (they weren’t corrected). After sharing these concerns, I still had to pay full price for a terrible experience and a terrible mani-pedi.

I went during the grand opening. The guy who did my nails is supposedly one of the owners. He sits in front wasn’t friendly and rushed. He kept asking if I wanted a design I specifically kept saying no thank you. Then tried to see if I wanted a pedicure… just money hungry. I also asked for 3 coats bc the color was so light his response was “no”. From what I hear these are the same ppl from where five guys is now. Terrible just terrible. Only pro is the place is nice and clean from when I went.

Don’t DO IT! Save yourself from wasting your time and your hard earned money. Im so sick of these nail shops that offer mediocre service and give attitudes when called out on it! Just got my nails done with no chip and fill in on Sunday, nail CHIPPED On Monday went back in to get the 3 chips repaired on 3 different fingers and the LADY HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT! To make this even more unbelievable, I sat there with her attitude and all and watched her repair the 3 nails! Now it’s Tuesday and the same nail chipped again! The pedicure was generic and the heel of my feet was still rough. I requested that the scrapping of the heel be done over since my feet were still rough. They man put the paraffin on my feet and walked away! This place need to be SHUT DOWN! Where are the good nail shops in Homewood IL! THIS IS TERRIBLE. Every nail shop I have visited in my town have been HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!
