Will never come here again. This is how they left my nails when i walked out. After telling the man I did not want no chip he asked over again, and proceeded to take out the no chip machine where I again had to tell him I did not want no chip over my acrylics. My nails are sore from the cuts from the tool they use to trim the cuticles. My acrylics were chunky and extremely uneven. then after going back to get them fixed, no apology was made and i made it clear to the lady that she was cutting the sides of my skin then grabbed my hand with attitude and told me that Its cause I was not relaxing my hand. Again no apology after. Definitely will never pay $40 for something I couldve done myself.

Never go here. The management is extremely rude. They blamed me for my toe chipping 3 days after getting it done. Apparently I must’ve showered in too hot water causing it to lift. After coming back two times to fix my toe, the female owner told me to “never come back here again.” The first time I came in they did not charge me for the completely chipped off toe and so I tipped the husband $5. I came back not even a week later with the same issue and the lady was telling me it’ll be $5. I didn’t think it was something I should be charged for since I was just there less than a week ago for the same issue. I was in shock at how rude and obnoxious someone can be. The reviews that say customer service here is trash is the truth.

When I arrived at Tip & Toes (at 8437 W. Lawrence Ave. in Chicago) some time ago, the nail salon was about to close; however, the owners took me in, and I received a beautiful, flawless manicure. I returned today and asked for a mani/pedi. Because I wear heels during the workweek, I have deep calluses on my toes. The lovely woman who worked on my nails asked if she could try to take them out. I was stunned and said yes; after all, my pumice stone wasn’t working on them. She took each of my calluses out! Moreover, I received an excellent manicure/pedicure by her and the gentleman who also works there. This is a clean salon with friendly and skillful technicians; therefore, I highly recommend it!

I do not recommend this salon! After two hours, I left the salon with nails as in the picture. There are two dogs in the living room, ladies in the meantime give them to eat. Negative conditions and service !

I have been coming here for 10 years plus and Lani has always done a wonderful job, and I have never had a bad mani or pedi. I always get the no chip and lasts 3 weeks plus. No one else has ever worked on my nails. Husband and wife owners are the humbling people. They have a beautiful clean shop and 2 adorable puppies in the shop. Manicure, Pedicure, Nail art
