Critical: PunctualityI came in and told them I needed a refill and two fixed nails with a pedicure. Guy told me to wash my hands and sit. There’s 4 staff inside working. I expected a little wait but not a full hour before even getting the polish off my hands and I didn’t even get that. They didn’t acknowledge me other than wash my hands and sit. The place at this point starting to fill up with more clients and I’m still sitting and waiting. There’s no structure, no form and everyone is doing everything. It’s Friday people! I have literally waisted an hour of my time for nothing. The least you could’ve done was start and leave and come back in between other people. I came in and told them I needed a refill and two fixed nails with a pedicure. Guy told me to wash my hands and sit. There’s 4 staff inside working. I expected a little wait but not a full hour before even getting the polish off my hands and I didn’t even get that. They didn’t acknowledge me other than wash my hands and sit. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey are very very rude! I went in for a soak off and an overlay. I do not cut my natural nails and I advised them of this. Instead of them not cutting my nail, they drilled it off. When I advised them of it, DAVID said I must have had a broken nail. I told him no, she drilled without looking and it was where the acrylic was off on one part and not the other. He kept saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told him yes, I do, the acrylic is supposed to be soft before drilling that hard and you’re supposed to remove it in layers. His daughter Michelle agreed. I ended up needing a tip. I asked for fatigue nails & instead of saying NO. My said that they didn’t have any green, while I was looking at 5 shades of green. I asked for clear with gemstones so I could leave bc it was clear they didn’t want to do what I asked. I asked for specific gems, they pulled out the wrong ones. I advised them of the ones I wanted prior to application. They pulled them out but proceeded to use the ones I didn’t want. On one hand. When I asked again, David told me I didn’t know which ones. My corrected him bc I was right on the price. He got loud, told me not to talk, he’s been trying to please me. Lol AFTER BREAKING MY NAILS WHICH I GROW FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS. I ended up leaving with wet nails and gems that fell off because they didn’t cure them correctly. I will NEVER go here again. They are very very rude! I went in for a soak off and an overlay. I do not cut my natural nails and I advised them of this. Instead of them not cutting my nail, they drilled it off.
