Loooove this Nail Salon! Newer to area and a girlfriend brought me here month ago and I’ve been back a few times and plan to continue to get my nails done here. Great Nail Techs With Good atmosphere everyone is so welcoming and kind. I’ve been so happy with every custom set I’ve had done. There’s one woman there that paints the designs you want on nails and she’s amazing!!! I’m so bad with names lol but I will add her name to review after next trip In.

I went for a pedi at this salon on Saturday, 9/3. They were not busy and I was able to get right in. The first thing was the lame foot massage. I told the woman that I preferred having my feet, not my legs, massaged but she ignored me. She told me that “when” I come back and pay for the deluxe pedi, I could have a better massage. Seriously? $40 is enough to pay for a decent foot massage, thank you. But the thing that really annoyed me was the polish started wearing off within 2 days under normal wear. No beaches, no rough barefoot walking…just normal wear, because she didn’t paint the tip of the toenail which is essential for polish to last. In fairness, they did offer to redo the paint if I returned and I was happy with the nail shaping, however I am 45 minutes from this salon and I have neither the time nor the energy to return when there is no excuse for not getting it right the first time. I highly recommend Sophia Nails in Allenstown. That’s an hour + drive for me now, but after this experience, I’d rather do an hour one time, than 45 minutes twice.

When i asked if the hearts could be redone to be more even and neat they told me no because its done freehand. Not major but still discouraging.
