I got a pedicure with my mom on Sunday Sept. 11th at 10:30 AM . They used the foot grater on my feet that is banned and illegal in many states across the United States. This is a very dangerous way to remove dead skin and should never be used in salons. I will be taking all means necessary and contacting health code authorities. I did not see them sanitize this tool after using it on my feet and placing it back in the cart. This is not only against health code in salons but can cause infections from bacteria being spread throughout parts of the salon. Very disappointed.

Supporting this business since opening on a twice a month schedule for manicure and pedicure. The past few years it’s really gone down hill. Always double booking so your scheduled service is always behind. The owner is very catty and not very friendly to her core customers. Unfortunately I will be taking my business else where. My go to nail salon as it is perfectly located 5min away from home! Not only that the prices are fair and the work is consistent. Lee is the owner and she is amazing at suggesting new nail colors, designs, and other services. I had my nails done today (acrylic fill w/ Shellac) by a newer face to the salon, Sophia. She did an amazing job on my nails! I had my pedicure done by Kim today and she did a great job on my toesies. Kim has also done my nails beautifully in the past. They do a great job with a pedicure so I honestly only do a pedicure 4-6 weeks. I still come every 2 weeks for a fill as my nails grow fast! However, they don’t look terrible after 2 weeks either. I suggest an appointment prior to 3pm Mon-Thur & an appointment Fri-Sun as that is by far their busiest times. You can walk in which I usually do and I happen to get lucky but, do call before you walk in Thursday evening thru Sunday. Whew! A lot to say but, they are great!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not clean their tools, pay attention, watch the employees, they move form client to client without getting new satanized tools. They rinse them under water or not at all and on to the next. I talked to the owner, I let her I know each one of her employees rinse or didn’t and never did I see them get new tools for the next client, she said, I’m sorry to hear that?? Umm you should be outraged this is happening in your shop, your customers trust you and believe you are doing the right things to keep them safe. DO NOT GO HERE

I visited this place yesterday. Arrived at 5 with atrocious nails that were done by another technician in another salon a week before. Atrocious meaning peeled, chipped acrylic and overall ugly. The manager was very gracious to say they could do my nails and Lisa was the kindest person to remove nail by nail all the material, with so much patience… They offered a new material to help me have a healthier nail and were very helpful in providing valuable information in regards to what was best for me. I followed their suggestion and did a new set of dip in powder. I can’t even start telling you how impressed and beautiful my nails look. The process is smooth, it is more organic, no smells and the results are drop dead beautiful. I am definitely choosing this place for my nails and feet. They are welcoming, clean, informative, gentle and deliver great results. I also saw the nails of other clients in the place, and all of them looked great. Which makes me conclude that all the techs are awesome! I highly, highly recommend this place if you are picky about your nails and care to be in a clean and comfortable place.

It was my first time and when I came in, everyone was looking but no one greeted and I was standing for 5 min and then lady told me to have a seat. I had to wait 20 minutes and I asked 4 times that I have an appointment and then they let somebody help me. And top of that the lady(short hair) who did my nails was so rude, no greeting, no response to any of my question. I felt like I am talking in the air. And then I asked her to put the nailpolish on one of my finger to see how does it look but she said you can have a look at the sample and got so angry at me and argued that I am not doing it.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am sorry to say that this salon has gone DOWN hill since they reopened after the pandemic.I had to go back in less than a week because one of my acrylics fell off and others were lifting.The owner wanted to charge me another $38 dollars. I told her that I paid $77 last week for a pedi &new set of acrylics. She then only took $5. off and charged me $33 bucks! And then actually asked me for a tip!! I was Outraged, and my nails look horrible!!
