The very first time I went they did great but evertime after they have had horrible service and they will purposely rush and mess up if they see someone they know so they can prioritize them even after going since I don’t talk to them much they have acted like they’ve never seen me before or don’t remember me and this last time over priced me for a set that was so crooked and fell off in a few days it was a waste of 200 dollars and the guy kept hitting my sister super hard and they also cut her fingers and a lady scraped my foot from rushing

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe lady there does not have any manners shes just so rude. Do not send your daughters in alone because they are just rude to the younger customers. They had my feet soaking for 40 MINUTES. And never even touched my feet or nails. It was a horrible experience. The nails are way over priced for such a long wait. The massage chairs had no cushion on the back part so it was hitting my back so hard. The lady there does not have any manners shes just so rude. Do not send your daughters in alone because they are just rude to the younger customers. They had my feet soaking for 40 MINUTES. And never even touched my feet or nails. It was a horrible experience. The nails are way over priced for such a long wait. Went to get a pedicure. They told me it would be 45 min wait, there were only 2 employees working. Which was ok, I sat with my feet in the warm water. The customer that came into the door right a head of me, putting her cigarette out in the door way so she could beat me in first couldn’t make up her mind. Then when she was done with her pedicure, which was all she initially wanted, she decided for a manicure. Now it’s already been over an hour wait, the water is cold, and they go ahead ahead and do her manicure. While I was sitting in the chair I looked over to the chair next to me and the arm of the chair was filthy!! I started looking at the other chairs even at the manicure stations and they were filthy. It was disgusting. After an hour and 15 mins. I walked out. They had good reviews so I figured I would try them, never again.

I love them!! so friendly and awesome with my kiddos and gental with my grandma. Love them! They always ask how my family doing. And its 1:30 on thursday and there is 5 peple here. So there was no wait. Love them all. I go to Sonny for my nails. Lynn for my feet and Amy for you eyebrows. Love them.
