Worst set of nails I ever got. Donna didn’t ask me what shape I wanted until it was too late. Then got made when I said I wanted coffin instead of square. Ontop of that they put the acrylic on your nails and then cut your nails with SCISSORS! She cut my cuticles twice and the shape is so crooked and not straight at all. They also charge 15$ extra for a centimeter longer nails. Also, it’s 15$ extra for gel polish instead of regular polish. That’s half a set of gel polish. The prices are outrageous and the nails aren’t even work it. The nails are so thin they are going to break off within a week.

Nails will come off somewhat easily. Prices will vary each time you go. They swiped my card for $60 and I see that they actually took $69 off my card!! Owners have been on vacation and the girl left in charge is SUPER RUDE!!! I have found a new nail salon where the nails stay on and they are way cheaper!! Also this place acts like they can’t do the new age designs and stuff.

This place is terrible. The guy that did my pedicure filed the gel polish off my toes as well as the skin around my toe nails. This is the second visit. And the second time it happened. There will not be a third. The first time the place was a little busy and I did not make an appointment. The second time there was no wait and I called 30 minutes prior to coming in. The guy that did my nails removed all my acrylics and put new ones on two are crooked. Spent $110 for awful service, pain, and blood.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! THE OWNER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I ASKED FOR FRENCH TIPS AND This is what I got he kept getting up to answer the phone and greet guests as they came in which was fine but rushed on my nails and did not give me what I want it he refused to fix. His exact words were I can’t do anything else for you! I WAS ALSO A PAYING CUSTOMER! ID HATE TO USE THE TAXE CARD BUT I WAS DEFINITELY STEREOTYPED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE…. GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PLAZA… THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS !!!!!

I was looking for a last minute appointment to get a pedicure at, found this close by and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Everyone was pleasant and it was an enjoyable visit. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a place to get your nails done.

ABSOLUTELY the worst set of nail I’ve ever had. The nail tech (Donna, I think) did not listen to what I wanted, she just did what she wanted to do. I told her too many times to count that I did not want thick nails, but that’s what I got. They’re so ragged that snag everything. I can’t even run my fingers thru my hair without pulling hair out. She rushed thru the process and then rushed me out the door….NEVER AGAIN. It’s unfortunate that you have to give a STAR in order to leave a review.
