I went here looking for a new place to hopefully make my nail home. I was excited at first but about 4 days after being serviced I notice my toe hurting and then today I saw this. A blister i’m guessing. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and I’ve never had this happen. I’m disgusted and wondering if the tools were clean or the tub at which my feet soaked because what else could have caused this? It’s really embarrassing sharing these photos but I had to. Be wary. 4.4 Stars doesn’t mean guaranteed satisfaction.

I have been to Tips and Toes a few times and I was always pleased with the manicurist and the business in general. However I went this afternoon for a mani pedi and the person attending me was so mean, rude, and rough I almost walked out in the middle of the pedi. I have been a regular at Tip n Toe for 9 years. There are new owners now that go above and beyond to provide excellent service and ensure you are happy with the services you are getting. I went today and got a great manicure and pedicure and the new owner made sure to introduce himself and his wife and checked multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with my nails. I highly recommend Tip n Toe if you want great service and quality work.

Even though they spoke perfect English they only spoke Vietnamese to each other which made me uncomfortable the lady that did my nails nipped my fingers twice. They put the nail polish on so thick that after sitting for 20 minutes to dry I still damage to Nails 2 putting the key into the ignition of my car period after being there two hours I had to go back in there again and get to nails fixed set for another 20 minutes to try to let that dry and within two days I had other problems with the nails. They just put it on way too thick. I won’t be back
