This place was horrible! If I could put zero stars I would in a heartbeat. First of all, when you walk in, there is absolutely no ventilation in the place. It smelled so strongly of acetone I thought I was going to cough up a lung. Then I asked for prices on services for myself and for my daughter and got half answers until I insisted on the price per service exactly . The store was relatively empty at 2pm on a Saturday but it still took a good 10 minutes to get situated. There is absolutely NO hygiene!!!! The nail manicure/pedicure tools are in a pencil box and are.not sanitized between customers!!! The technician that served me, Joy, mumbled and spoke poor English so I couldn’t understand anything she said. She cut me with the cuticle clippers and did a horrible job on the pedicure. I asked for a specific color of gel polish and got a combination of 2????!!! By the end of a what was supposed to be a nice relaxing gift, I was furious! I will never never never NEVER go back there nor recommend them and I hope the health inspectors shut them down. The place is filthy dusty nasty!
