I got dipped nails & my daughter got acrylic. They started on my nails 1st & I asked is this dipped? Then they had to redo & told me a different price! The guy pulled the skin off the side of my finger w/ the snippers. Left a huge space at the nail bed. Looks like press ons. My daughter got the acrylic, they looked better. I asked to remove polish from my skin & they used the file, polish still there! Won’t be back..

They’re nice and the prices are better than most. I was a regular for quite some time. Then after a while, the person I usually used started to rush the nail job. My nails weren’t done properly and I constantly had to point out the flaws to them. The last time I went, someone else took care of me. I had nail polish all over my fingers and my nails weren’t straight. Mr. Lee is very nice and wants his client’s to be happy. He noticed that I wasn’t happy and said he’d get me next time. I had Mr. Lee 1 time; he did an excellent job. He stays super busy and mostly takes appointments. I’m always a walk-in to any salon because of my schedule; I haven’t gone back.

Use to be a regular but quality has went down. Nails were filed poorly. Coffin came out with round corners and after expressing that one hand had nails growing longer he did not check to make sure they were the same so they’re still uneven. It was ok, did decent job on nails. I was upset because I called when I was down the street and they told me there was no wait so, I of course went, and two to three minutes later I arrive and ended up having to wait 35 minutes before they even started. Five, ten, even fifteen minutes, I wouldn’t have been upset, but you said NO WAIT and I waited 35 minutes?!
