Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a white gel pedicure. The lady messed up the big toe 4 times and she was clearly getting frustrated. Afterwards, my boyfriend told her to fix, she tried to, and still looked the same. I’m not one to complain, as I work in customer service and know what it’s like. I went in for a white gel pedicure. The lady messed up the big toe 4 times and she was clearly getting frustrated. Afterwards, my boyfriend told her to fix, she tried to, and still looked the same. I’m not one to complain, as I work in customer service and know what it’s like. I don’t recommend, and definitely not worth the $35 I payed for.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the WORST nail experience I have EVER had. My mother, daughter and myself walked in and were told to sit. They immediately started my moms nails and didn’t ask what colors we wanted. My four year old picked her color and waa told no. This is not a good color go sit down and we will pick for you. Like what! I sat waiting for them to come to my table. 3 more people walked in and they started on their nails 15 minutes later they started my nails. I asked for a Neon Hot pink. He did one nail and I told him that is not the right color, he continued to do them telling me the color would changed. I informed him that it would not but whatever. He did not dip my nails enough bc you can see through them. He did not buff them or ask me what shape I wanted. When he was done he asked if I liked them and I told him no and he walked away. This was the WORST nail experience I have EVER had. My mother, daughter and myself walked in and were told to sit. They immediately started my moms nails and didn’t ask what colors we wanted. Very pleased with my mani with gel polish and pedicure. I have not had foo nails for about 3 months now due to previous salon grinding down my natural nails to paper thin, they are extremely short and tender, I explained I am letting them heal and asked for just gel polish she really took care of me and I appreciate that greatly. My husband too had a great pedicure and left relaxed and feeling refreshed. Thank you!! My husband I had the most pleasant relaxing experience with the guys and gals at this nail salon. Very pleased with my mani with gel polish and pedicure. I have not had foo nails for about 3 months now due to previous salon grinding down my natural nails to paper thin, they are extremely short and tender, I explained I am letting them heal and asked for just gel polish she really took care of me and I appreciate that greatly. My husband too had a great pedicure and left relaxed and feeling refreshed. Thank you!! We will come back and we drive from out of town!

Put our hands in the solution waited 5 minutes then tossed nail palette in front of us to have us choose a color while hands still in bowl. Asked if I could have same color i had on. Didn’t have it and told me to “just use this it’s close enough”. THEN I OBSERVED A LITTLE GIRL BEING ASKED TO GO CHOOSE HER COLOR WHILE HER FEET ARE IN THE WATER AND IS ALLOWED TO WALK WITH WET NAKED FEET!
