Critical: ProfessionalismIt really sucks that I had an incredible first time experience only to leave irritated and won’t return. I was quite impressed with the COVID protocols they had in place. All persons are masked and there are plexiglass partitions at every pedicure and manicure station. Yen was amazing and did an incredible job. She was very gentle and this was quite possibly the best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever received. I was thinking this would be my new nail place but then when it came to pay there were several issues that didn’t sit well with me. First, on their website they claim to offer a rewards program when you sign up to book appointments online and gain rewards to apply to services with your first time appointment being 10% off and that’s what I did. However upon paying I was told they are under new ownership and don’t do that anymore. Then the amount she charged me was a couple dollars more than the amount listed for services on their website and the amount listed on the menu she gave me to sign my credit card slip on. I pointed out all these discrepancies and was told the owner said no she wouldn’t honor it. I paid around $10 more than I expected to pay which is no big deal however I felt taken advantage of because pricing was not accurately reflected and I will not be returning. They knew this was my first appointment, I said it when I arrived and they knew I booked online so if they told me all these changes prior to the start of my services I wouldn’t have been upset at all. As a business, if you can’t take the initiative to accurately reflect the prices you charge, you need to honor the price listed.
