The woman, Ann, did a wonderful job on my nails. And I would like to suggest getting the deluxe manicure and pedicure, they might be a little bit more expensive, but they are so well worth it!!!!

I’ve used this business a lot. I have given this place chance after chance after chance I’m sure as all of us local Hollister people have. These girls are just flat-out rude. I’m sorry if you’re in a hurry or if you’re in need on a weekend I would definitely stop in because of it being an emergency only. If you have time do not waste it here do not spend your money here do not give these people a dollar. They are beyond rude. You ask how long is the wait? they completely ignore you they make you wait to figure out how long you need to wait it’s absolutely ridiculous. And they are rude on top of it not the place to give your money to the prices are extremely high you can drive across the way and get a much better deal Not to mention they start talking about you in there language. I went amd saw Cindy on Thursday afternoon. She convinced me that I needed to do a callus removal on top of the basic pedicure. She did not remove the calluses but she did use a dirty Dremel on my feet to help reduce the callus slightly. At first I didn’t think anything of it until I noticed that she never cleaned it and use it on the next person while I was waiting for my toes to dry. She also did not cut my toenails. I asked for cut and file. She said, only file. That wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t getting a French tip or didn’t have to live my life in shoes. I’m not into the long toenail craze of the last few years. I work I need to be able to wear shoes.. She did use the cuticle nipper to shorten the sides of a couple nails. It is Sunday morning now and I am digging out ingrown toe nails she gave me and cutting my toenails that catch on the inside of my shoes, essentially ruining the polish joband making my regret this whole visit. My bad. Next time I will find somewhere else. This place was chosen based off a good experience I had about 6 years ago and because it is close to the hospital. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually do their up sales and listen to what you’re asking for.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent to this location because the previous place where I had booked an appointment had accidentally over booked and we couldn’t wait due to our time frame of events for that day. They are extremely pushy for services even after you’ve said no three times they proceed for a 4th time while making fun of the condition of your feet in hopes that it encourages you to get the extra service. Foot massage was nice. But when told that the manicure was about an extra 20-30 minute wait (after waiting 20 minutes after or pedicure was already over) we decided we didn’t have the time and paid our bill. But it wasn’t over. Today I received an email from my bank in regards to suspicious activity involving my account and my visit here. They altered my tip on the recite to include an additional $25 on top of what I had already provided them. The bank noticed it due to the scribbles on the document. I would advise for this alone to not go to this location as that is beyond unprofessional. Tha kfully my bank refunded me the difference. And a further investigation is underway. I would advise to stear clear of this location. Went to this location because the previous place where I had booked an appointment had accidentally over booked and we couldn’t wait due to our time frame of events for that day.
