This is gonna be a no for me. I specifically said matte 4 different times. I also informed her that I cannot be longer than an hour. Yet, they were arguing with each other, wasting my time. I also said not to shave down my nail, I want round shape not almond. I wanted a manicure, which consists of cuticles pusher, cuticle cut, and massage. I paid for it but didn’t get that. In the thumb pic, you can see that not enough white was added to the corner. Currently removing this myself. Disappointed.

First time here was bad but I was in a hurry so I decided to try them again since I was in a hurry last time, I was over charged for a pedicure. I specifically asked for regular polish in which she did a bad job with painting, but she charged me for shellac anyway. I paid 176 dollars so I dt see how people think that’s reasonable for this type of service. They get upset when you know exactly what you want. This is my last time coming here. Not worth it

One of the most awful experiences I’ve experienced at a nail salon the woman that did my nails talked on the phone the entire time and messed up on my pedicure several times. Once speaking to the manager about the worker who left out certain services she advised that the worker stated that she did everything which was incorrect. They did not compensate nor try to right the wrongs of the employee! This was my very first experience and it will be somewhere I never return
