I hate when you see a review with just pure negativity so I will start by saying that I called last minute and was able to get an appointment same day! The woman on the phone told me 6 pm and I was excited since I have not gotten my nails done since before the pandemic. As a mother of a toddler, this was a treat that I had been looking forward to!! I was waiting for around 15 minutes and a woman came up to me and said that it would be 2 minutes since her current customer had to pay. The woman proceeded to finish the customers nails for at least another 10 minutes. I picked out a gel color but she recommended dip since it was healthier for my nails. It was not the same color but I am not picky so I let it go- it was more for the outing itself rather than the actual nails. The woman was on and off the phone, joking with coworkers, and was distracted the entire time. She ended up cutting my thumb pretty bad and physically cringed multiple times when my finger would not stop bleeding. She apologized several times, which I truly appreciate, but did not clean or disinfect it. It kept bleeding and despite going home and putting Neosporin on it, it is now red, puffy, and has pus coming out of it. The last thing I wanted was to have an infection after a much needed self care outing. I just hope they will change some things and grow from this review, especially better sanitary procedures. ((The picture is a couple of days after and for some reason, the cut will not heal despite having Neosporin on it with a band aid ever since.))

Critical: ValueI do not recommend this place to anyone! Not only did I have a horrible FIRST experience ( walked out & didn’t even pay ) but after almost a year went back & I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Let me say first & foremost I don’t expect perfection and I am very easy to please. 2nd don’t tell someone you know how to do something & won’t even take your time to ensure your client is happy. She first cut my nails way to short , my shape is completely off & these nails are seriously embarrassing. Let’s talk about how disgustingly fat and wide these nails are. It’s 20201……What you ask vs what you actually get I was charged 75$ (eyebrows included) yes this place is a joke! I Seriously need a refund I do not recommend this place to anyone! Although they took us right away, the whole process was rushed! I can still see the blue nail polish under my pink polish on my toes. My fingers are sensitive because they cut me without using the nail conditioner and they still look like I have dead skin on the edges

I had my appointment at 10am the technician completed my pedicure and two person show up for their 11 appointments and a walk-in. The technician left me in the pedicure chair to take care of the 11 appointment and told to wait for another technician to finish which took her more than 20 mins. I’ve been going to this place for a year and there has been others issues, but I was given them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the worst experience.

I was so unsatisfied with my nails done yesterday. They were rushed and the painting was honestly horrendous and I will never be going there again. I went to get them fixed because they were so awful I didn’t even have them for 24 hours and some already had fallen off.

I tried this salon recently and wish I had a better experience but unfortunately I did not. I had a scheduled appointment but that didn’t matter since I was taken 10 minutes late anyways. The salon was loud, crowded, and was very congested with products, equipment and dust. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and organizing.
