Beware! God forbid you need to go back to get a nail fixed! Never in my life have I been treated the way Tom just treated me. Ive been coming here for 6 years and today i went back after getting my nails done last night and one popped off. He seemed bothered from the get go because I went to get my nail fixed. Due to the uncomfortable feeling I started looking at my phone since he was not making any eye contact or small talk and it was just awkward and he kept taking in his language to others. He started looking on his phone so I figured he was still just bothered and was totally ignoring me this went on for about 10 minutes and then he stepped away. When he came back he asked if i was done being on my phone and that blew my mind. I told him it seems “you are upset that im back to fix my nail but its not my fault a nail popped off” he responded you’re here for nails not to be on your phone and i just responded “wow” i wss in total disbelief. Even the customer sitting next to me seemed shocked. Never ever will i go back.

My wife just got home in tears because of they way Tom the owner treated her. Shes been going to them for 6 years and the one time she has to go back because her nail fell off, he treated her as if it was her fault and was rude with his remarks. Needless to say we will not be going back. Tom you should treat your customers with kindness. Not okay

Not the best place. Been three times and each time I left not so happy for one reason or another. This last visit will be my last, three strikes you’re out. My nail tech was very rough with my Mani. Almost rude. I asked for round shape as I do not like square. She did square, I asked her to please make more round. She yanked my hands toward her and filed down making it more square! I asked her again, please make it round. She scoffed and again didn’t do what I asked. I just gave up, was left with squarely rounded nails. She continued to roughly and quickly finish my Mani. I will not be returning to this salon.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used to go here a long time ago when quality was important. I mainly went there for my pedicure. I decided to go back after over a year paid over $170 for my nails and my daughter and got lumpy nails. Worst place for nails. The guy who did mine didn’t know what he was doing. He left gel polish all over the sides of my nail bed and my nails aren’t the same length. Save your money.

Good Service, clean and relaxing…patience is helpful because they do get alot of customers. Ana does a great job on my nails and Bella does wonderful work on my pedicures all the time. Best of all making an appointment helps your wait time so I recommend you make an appointment.

Been coming here on and off for years but I won’t be back ever. If they not screwing up my pedicure they screwing up my brows. Their favorite excuse is we don’t understand. Way too expensive for such lazy work. The owner Tom is a butt hole and tries to do nothing to satisfy a displeased customer. Bad attitudes and poor excuses. And they massage chairs didn’t work but they call it a spa. I will NEVER go back. I could do better at home.
