The owners, Heather DeHaven and her daughter, Jasmine Halterman adore anything that Sparkles and shines. When they discovered these beautiful, colorful, and Sparkling, strands it did not take long for Tinsel Divas to be born. Heather and Jasmine are committed to providing top-notch customer service with safety being priority for their clients and they have received their BARBICIDE® Certification.
