Under new management so its a bit different . I received a closure sew in with curls and paid $250 dollars, i understand inflation but that is over priced not to mention i was in the chair 10:30 life the salon 3:30 . No reason why a sew in takes five hours.

As a cosmetology student at empire beauty school this salon was very unprofessional.Avoid coming here to get your hair done the way you want it .The owner is a money hungry jerk who has no customer service skills after being there for over 26 years, he will overprice you if he knows you are a first comer. High prices for low quality service the stylist didnt care for my hair she over processed it and my hair was shedding and falling out. She did not give me consultation in the beginning.I wanted a certain style and they had me leave looking ridiculous and hairless and my hair still burns as if I still have a relaxer in my head.They charge too much for simple hairdo’s

Tino doesnt care about his customers, all he wants is your money. I went in to get my ends trimmed today with 4 inch long, curly hair and ended up leaving with uneven 1 inch long hair because tino pressured me into using an inexperienced new hire that apparently knows nothing about curly hair. Never going back there ever again. Tino is a greedy old man that deserves to go out of business.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! My sister called me crying. She paid them to do her hair . Her hair was already dyed but they decided that she needed a relaxer and colored it again then she told me that her hair was falling out…I guess she let that slide so she asked for a trim next thing you know she’s telling me how bad the lady did her hair !! I don’t know who but I will find out and sue Bc this is just bad why let someone walk out your salon looking crazy !!! I don’t get it.. and still took her money that is horrible
