Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueDidn’t show up at my appointment time and actually scheduled it at at time that they aren’t even open. I’m sure they cut hair well, unfortunately I won’t be experiencing that now…when you drive from Rockford for an appointment they suggested and nobody shows up its frustrating. Everyone at Tino’s is so friendly!! And their work is amazing!!! Best place in town hands down!! However being the best it is very busy so u better keep your appointment and make the next one before you leave because it gets really booked out. Thanks chuy and manny!my boys love their hair

Thought it should be cool place and went to check it out. Horrible experience! Will never return and will never recommend to anyone. Place is dirty and looks like a ghetto and the barber/owner Tino was unbelievably rude. I wanted to change my hair style and wasn’t sure how short I want to go. I politely asked if we could cut to number 2 and go from there. Tino replied “I am not gonna cut your hair a million times” I was shocked and almost just wanted to say Fxxx you and get up and leave. Never in my life I was treated/spoken to like this in a barber’s shop or saloon. I would give negative star if I could.
