Great nails, clean space, beautiful service. I got Christmas theme designs on my nails and I absolutely loved it. The staff is so nice and patient. The offered water while we got our service. There’s also a hairdresser. I got my eyebrows done and they were great. I’ll update with new styles.

My mom and I come here every 2 weeks. She always sees Tina and this was my first time with Emy! Let me just say, Emy is amazing! I appreciate her attention to detail and meticulousness in her craft! She takes extra effort to make sure the edges of my gel nail polish was perfect and trimmed back my cuticles so gently! Very satisfied with Emy’s work!

I’m so disappointed on how unprofessional and rude experience I encounter yesterday at Tina’s salon, I usually go get my nails done with Helen, but yesterday was a horrible experience, I told her I wanted smiley faces designs on some fingers she kept trying and couldn’t accomplished it , she once told me that any design I bring to her she can do it, that wasn’t the case, so she got frustrated and asked for help which I was ok with the smiley faces the other person was designing on my nails, She comes back and says pick another designs I’m not doing it and kept saying I was a difficult customer, some customers were there I was extremely embarrassed because I’m not a mean nor rude person to get treated that way and the owner pretty much heard her didn’t even tell her anything nor try helping the situation, which made me felt horrible because as any other customer goes into the salon with their intentions of getting their nails done of their choice, because we are paying for them which there the prices aren’t cheap, I ended up telling her to just do one color which was pink because I saw how upset she was as she’s doing them she’s was being pretty rough she keeps filing and cuts me twice which she never has my nails now are thick and uneven and now I have to pay again to get them fix, Also still ended paying pretty much the same with no designs prices varies there so make sure you asked before hand when they start working on your nails, sad to say but I will never be going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a pedicure from Lee (idk if that’s how she spells it) and for the first time EVER I had someone take their time to remove my ingrown nails. My nails grow extremely bad and it’s complicated to get them out, but Lee was patient and didn’t hurt me while removing them. I will definitely be coming back! Went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails. Pedicure was amazing. But I wish I could say the same for my full set. Kathy was rude and was in such a hurry that she didn’t let my nails dry up completely. Came home with my nail polish looking really messy. Good thing that I brought in my own nail polish. Had to remove the “old” nail polish and do it again. Will be back for a pedi but forget the nails. I’ll go elsewhere.
