Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience. My daughter went to get acrylics earlier today and 4 nails have already fallen off. They overcharged for nails that I could’ve bought her at dollar tree ♀️ Of course lesson learned. The woman who attended her was really rude and aggressive towards her. Customer service was the worst. I had gone here once before and was definitely unsatisfied, however since her grandmother took her & I did not know this was the place she was going to. Very rude. Worst experience. My daughter went to get acrylics earlier today and 4 nails have already fallen off. They overcharged for nails that I could’ve bought her at dollar tree ♀️ Of course lesson learned. Horrible service. They really don’t know what they are doing. They ask you to wait until the end to tell them what you don’t like and then manage to get mad for not bringing it up since the beginning. Got cut 2 times on my toes with the file. The things they use aren’t sanitized & their monumer contains mma. If you’re thinking of going here DONT!

Worst nail service ever! I was here yesterday 8/7/15 and I came back today 8/8/15 because the gel color came off because the lady left an air bubble. The lady working was so rude. She asked me to look for the nail color so I did. She couldn’t even help me look for the color she said I don’t know, I don’t know what color. Wow really?! You work here. She was really rude.

The wait was supper long and they were letting people that came in to the salon after us go first it was like an hour wait maybe a little more the lady made my two thumbs mismatched and I was supposed to get only one nail with glitter but she left a white mark on my thumb so I told her that why did she leave me a white mark and she said that it’s my real nail is like that so I told her to also but glitter on the tip of my nail to cover it and she said that I had to pay 5$ more

I had gone once previous to do a pedicure that was done by someone else but this time. I went for a full set and pedicure and it was done awful. I don’t know if it was because they wanted to go on break or were tired but my nails look all ugly the colors are not updated. I hate arguing, I paid but never ever coming back.

Worse place ever!! The ladies are very rude. I went there for a pedicure and I notice that they didn’t desinfect the tools after using them with the previous customer I confronted the owner and she got really mad. I don’t recommend this place .
