The owner was nice and pleasant. I called ahead to make sure there was availability. I was told to come in. First time experience for my son and he was twisted like a pretzel while they did a manicure and pedicure at the same time. My services were rushed as well. I felt like we were not wanted there after we entered. My nails peeled and broke the next day. I will never return. I will not recommend.

My husband, son, and I have been going to Tina’s nails for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Every nail tech that has worked on us has done a fabulous job! My son is an athlete and very hard on his feet. Tina fixes those worn feet every time! Additionally, they provide waxing and do a superb job. I would highly recommend Tina’s Nails. Very economical pricing. Very friendly staff and always accommodating.

Tina Nail Shop was recommended by an assoicate, but, this manager (Tina)was very RUDE& OBNOXIOUS! When my friend & I came into her shop she blurred out loudly to us! “Wash Your Hands”. Like she was trying to impress her regular customers. But, only to find out that she only ask certain customers to sanitize their hands, but not everyone that came into her shop. Also she was talking about one a her new customer to regular customer, because the new customer asked Tina to explain her prices. So, her regular customers that was setting at Tina’s Station jump in to the converation & said she had been a customer for several years at Tina’s Nail Shop & replied that “Tina’s prices is the lowest in the area”. And she recommended to the new customer to go to another Nail Shop where prices were even lower. Wow!!! But Ms. Tina said nothing to defuse the situation. because I heard her gossiping with her regular customer about the new customer just getting understanding about her prices. So, the two ladies had an argument within a short period of time, which Ms. Tina provoked. This quickly got the attention of Customers & her Employees. Her employees where looking at her as if to saying “Here we go again”, Ms. Tina starting Trouble! Unfortunately, the new customer walked out disappointed & insulted by this kind of treatment. Probably never to return. And I won’t be returning either, even though her Male Tech did an amazing service. No one want to be in a hostile environment.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there as long as she’s the Manager. And I hope that her employees get a more professional Nail Shop to work at where their appreciate!

So I live 5 minutes from Tina’s and will not return. I had to ask for new unused nail file. Also to remove calluses skin she charged me an extra $5 (metal grater) at the end without informing me of the extra change. This is a service that is included with any normal pedicure at every salon in the area. Honestly I think she was upset I asked for a new nail file and tried to charge me on the back end.
