Honestly, I’ve been here before and haven’t had a problem but this last time I went will be just that, the last time. A guy started working on my nails and it looked horrible so I stopped him in the middle. Then a lady came and fixed it the best she could but still seemed so rushed and they didn’t clean up my nail beds very well and to be honest it was unsanitary the way they did things… my nails look only a little better than before but I think they could look much better… I’d be better off just sticking on some press ones myself than coming here… and they hurt my pinky, made me bleed. I am highly unsatisfied and don’t think anyone should go there. Just wish I didn’t have to pay the 50 dollars for how my cuticles were not even pushed back or anything. I’d rather pay 50 more for an actual nail tech to give me better French manicure!

Absolutely wonderful experience! They took a group of 8 last minute when another salon messed up our appointment. Took us back immediately. Deceptive business practices. My husband asked for acrylic nails for his Halloween costume because we wanted them to chip easily. I confirmed three times that we wanted acrylic. I went to the wall with the acrylic nail polish and was told they had black by their workstation. Odd that they’d have acrylic, but I trusted them. Sure enough, they ignored us and gave him gel nails instead so they could charge more.

Leah’s nails has been a great experience. I’ve had different techs every time and the quality never falters. They have a lot of colors and accommodating even if you don’t have an appointment. 100% recommend!

Awful! I will never return here! My nails looked like they needed a refill on the next day and it has not even been a week and they are coming off! The lady was rude and rushed me the whole time. One nail even had a black spot on it that is under the polish.
