this place is absolutely horrible! Never coming back again. My friend and I beside you get our nails don’t and i didn’t even get what i wanted! It costed extra for a shape but doesn’t say anything about it in store or on the website. Then, they continue to be hurtful with my nails and my hands. I asked for a yellow color that you see on a sunflower and continued to give me neon yellow. By the time they dried mostly they was messed up and had fingerprints in them! I was trying to pay and she stayed on the phone ignoring us. Avoid this place with all cost.

Had a nail fill in & as usual when having nails done your nails have to be filed. Well because the only man in the shop that filled in my nails filled my nails before & after fill in he charged me $50.00 for a FILL IN. I have never paid so much for a fill in ever in my life. My nails look great but I only paid $60.00 for a FULL SET & Tina’s Nails charged me $50.00 for a fill in. And the prices on the wall PLAINLY stated $25.00 & up. But $50.00 effin dollars for an effin FILL IN. That’s effin CRAZY. I will never go to Tina’s Nails not recommended them to any one. Go to Cincinnati, Milford or K. I “PROMISE” you will get a better deal. Tina’s Nails Mt Orab, Oh (“WHAT A RIP OFF,”)!!!

This is absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. She was on the phone for over an hr while doing my nails. Me and my friend asked her to get off the phone twice so she could get me done so we could leave. She asked where I was from so I told her and she said well since you’re not from here it doesnt matter. She also tried to say that my previous nail salons did a horrible job, when in fact she was cutting them crooked and I had to tell her several times to fix it. We were in there for over an hr closer to an hr and a half and I got so mad that I asked for a refund. She would only give me $10 of my money back. So I paid $32 for basically nothing

I will be going back! They fixed what Ambiance in Eastgate messed up. This place isn’t fancy like Ambiance, but they actually take their time and get it right. Ambiance made my nail’s super thick, they were bumpy, different lengths, and the nail tech was rough and kept throwing my hands down, he got nail polish everywhere even on top of my hand and didn’t clean it up. Paul removed my nail’s redid them and they are perfect! He was super nice, quiet and even lotioned my hands after cleaning up any slight imperfections. I can’t stop looking at them they are not thick and feel almost like real nail’s!!

I’ve been there twice and I’ve shown up at opening time both times. And both times I had to call because no one was there. On the phone she said they were running late and would be there in five minutes. I waited 30 minutes past opening time both times before she even got there.

When I went there, my nails costed 50 for nails I didn’t even want! I wanted a ballerina shape and she gave me a square shape and told me it would cost extra for a little more filing. The entire time I was there the person doing my nails was talking bad about a customer she had before me and she basically kicked her out when all the lady wanted was a fill in and the nail tech refused to do it without taking her nails off and completely redoing them. It was VERY unprofessional and rude. I understand if your understaffed but the lady was also on the phone and was talking on the phone and I didn’t know who she was talking to and so I would ask her and she would “shh” me. It was very rude.
