Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited for over two hours for an acrylic set, of course was my fault, but I had the time that day. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she waited until she was in the process of painting the acrylic to tell me she couldn’t do anything like what I showed her in the picture. The first day of the acrylic set to nails broke and she refused to fix them. I waited for over two hours for an acrylic set, of course was my fault, but I had the time that day. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she waited until she was in the process of painting the acrylic to tell me she couldn’t do anything like what I showed her in the picture. If I could give this place a 0 I would. DO NOT GO TO TINA’S!!! You’re better off putting on some press ons. I’ve been to her twice and will not go back. The only reason I went a second time was because Luxury nails were busy at that time. The first time I went it looked like she applied my acrylic blind folded. She charged $6 for 4 UGLY rhinestones that I could’ve purchased at the Dollar Tree. She even cut my cuticle and tried to hide it! My second time…..I was her first customer…she kept putting me off to wax and do eyebrows….after that she finally cut down my nail tips that she glued down. A woman of another race walked in, she put me to the side to work on her….got half way done and came back to me. Filed my nails and then put me to the side for someone else of another race. So I’m thinking she’s just going to glue the girl’s tips on…and SHE STARTED APPLYING ACRYLIC. I SAID NO MA’AM! I told her I was leaving…she asked if I could come back later. I said I will never come back sweetie. I’ve been here an hour and a half and YOU HAVEN’T EVEN APPLIED MY ACRYLIC. YOU THINK I’M GOING TO CONTINUE TO SIT HERE WHILE YOU DO SOMEONE ELSE’S NAILS AND YOU HAVEN’T EVEN STARTED MINE? I SAID HER MONEY IS GREEN JUST LIKE MINE. BUT THAT’S OKAY I will never step foot in this place again. She can’t keep help because she doesn’t want to pay.

Horrible place….the owner could careless about your nails. When you pay for gel you expect it to last..not at her place ….2 days max. Then she will tell you it’s your fault if it don’t last. Not if they crack it’s not. She will then tell you to pay more money and she will fix it. No thank you!!! Aren’t you tired of getting ripped off? I know I am…so I’m so done with this place!

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RUDELY, this is the place to go. We came in to get our eyebrows done and the woman (Tina) told us multiple times to sit down very rudely. Even the customer she was working with demanded us to sit down! I wasn’t sitting because I was trying to ask to use the restroom. Finally, I was able to say something when she let me. They waved me on to the bathroom. I came back and she was working on my sister’s eyebrows. She got wax in my sister’s hair. I don’t recommend this place. Rude, unwelcoming place. Also, the place needs a good cleaning. Very dusty, junky, and the lighting is dim.

My gel tip on one of my nails fell off within a few days and had to pay 6 dollars to get it fixed. The gel color on my toes hasn’t chipped at all and it’s been over 3 weeks. I have mixed feelings about this place. I would probably come back to have my feet done but not my hands.

Awesome place! Tina is super nice and makes sure that my nails are just like I want them! My nails last every bit of two weeks before needing a fill in! Love this place!
