The nail lady was very aggressive with my hands & feet. She wasn’t patient with me at all, but I didn’t say nothing, I figured she would do a good job in the end. Unfortunately when it came to drying my nails she rushed me out by telling me to go outside let it air dry because it’s quicker. ?????? What I said I want to dry them under the dryer she said oh the other lady already unplugged the dryer, air dry out side is more quicker. These nails clearly wasn’t dry!

Don’t waste your time and money at this place. I went to remove acrylic nail polish. The nail tech literally just yanked the polish off. I asked if she could use acetone, but she said “that takes too much time.” She continued with yanking the polish off, causing my natural nails to break and bleed. She did not care about the blood and continued working using her tools. This nail tech (I don’t remember her name), showed no care or patience. Don’t bother coming to this place.

I honestly wish I could rate this establishment 0 stars but I unfortunately can’t. I took my mom to get her nails done and when the worker starts she causes my mom terrible pain. She is literally taking the old nail off with another acrylic nail! She did not even soak them she just started ripping off the nails.. While using an old acrylic nail to remove my moms nails she cut my mom and also broke her nail! After doing that she quickly just put glue on there and then said it was my moms fault that due to my mom being scared of getting her nails removed and my moms hands being tense that happened?! Not even an apology?! After that I was ready to leave from there but my mom wanted to finish the service. It wasn’t until we actually told her to soak her nails in acetone did she do so but before doing the acetone she says it takes too long.. Mind you there was nobody in that shop but my mom and I? Why was she in a rush? She finally removes all of my mom old nails, she then starts doing the dip powder.. But wait she didn’t even prep the nail? No cuticle cut nothing.. all she did was just the nails and file them she said that to cut the cuticle it is an additional $10 ?? I have never experienced that. But maybe that is why she does not get clients. Anyways my mom ended up paying $50 for nails that were not even painted / dipped all the way to the cuticle it looks like she already needs a refill. Save yourself money and time do not visit this shop. I also saw the comments about a dog, yes there also is a dog in the shop. 0/5 star!

Was looking for a new place to go that’s close to home and not super expensive. Stopped in to get my acrylic taken off and redone. Told the lady I wanted to keep my natural nails, and after clipping the acrylic and some of my nail she proceeded to rip the acrylic off. Not only did it hurt, but of course took my natural nail with it. Even after I said something she continued with her methods. It crossed my mind to leave then, but my nails were already clipped up and raggedy at that point and I had no time to go elsewhere. Long and short of it, I left feeling like I might as well have done my nails at home. The quality of the work was poor. The wannabe coffin shape was not consistent finger to finger. One hand was longer than the other. The acrylic was thicker on some fingers than others. In being patriotic I wanted to get something relative. I’ve legit seen kids do better. A mediocre flag that I could’ve done with my left hand. Sadly she thought her work was something to brag about. Someone had called as she was finishing and she put the cell phone camera to my nails to show them. The only up side is that the nails didn’t pop off, even though I wasn’t too sure they wouldn’t. I should’ve went with my first mind and tried across the street. I did a better job the first time I tried to do my own acrylics at home.

Positive: QualityI have been going to them for about 3 years now. Now, I don’t get anything fancy, so I can’t speak to that. I just get a basic mani/pedi/eyebrows and they do a good job. I love dogs, so the dogs there don’t bother me but I can see where it may be an issue for others. They do not approach the customers, though, FYI.

I would advise that you go somewhere else for nail service. For starters, they allow two pets to lay and walk around while customers are being serviced. I went for a manicure and eyebrow waxing. The large dog was laying up against the chair used for eyebrow waxing. I’m not sure why everyone believes that you should love their pets as much as they do, but this is a business not your home. It is a very unsanitary practice and it made me uncomfortable. Next, the staff is not up to date on the latest techniques. The offerings are very basic. I wanted stones on the ring finger and it looked like my kid did the design. After I paid for the service, a few of the stones fell off while I was at the register. The technician re-installed the stones but they looked cloudy after she applied clear polish over it. I asked her to just take the stones off and use plain gel to match the hand. She gave me a song and dance about the possibility of my nail burning if she were to remove the stones and that I should come back in two days. After much debate, she soaked my finger and the stones fell off as I expected. The technician applied a gel glitter polish to the nail without curing it under the UV light. Needless to say, that nail has chipped after one week. STAY AWAY from this place and go somewhere else! Your nails and health will thank you!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I’ve been meaning to post a review months ago but I got a foot infection from this place thar resulted in me going to my primary care physician who referred me to a podiatrist! My foot infection got so bad it’s been 8 months and I’m still dealing with slight pain from my foot! They let their 2 dogs lay and roam around freely! The pedicure stations is pretty dirty I regret going! I usually only go their for my eyebrows they do an okay-ish job. Other than that, this place needs to be shut down!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE…Went to get one chipped toe nail fix and it was the owner and her mother servicing one woman. The owner proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow for ONE toe. I said absolutely not. once done with that first customer, she and her mother proceeded to clean old nail polish stains on the floor wit knives as I am sitting there waiting. When i call her out on it, she proceeds to say that I always complain (mind you I barely talk to her) and that’s why she doesn’t want to do my nails. I was so upset I almost called the cops to mediate the situation. The mother stepped in an ended up fixing my toe but that was the last time they will see me there. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
